When we need to heal, most often, we look at the outside circumstances of “broken.” We fail to see the real truth that we are complete, we are whole. We allow any external brokenness to become internal brokenness. There is a big difference between healed and cured. You can be healed without being cured. When using the words below, recognize that it is your internal mind that really craves the healing, that can occur without any cure. It is simply the tapping into of Spirit, recognizing that you are made of the same stuff. Choose a word from the list below, get comfortable, close your eyes and relax. Begin by focusing entirely on your breath. Place your attention on the space where your heart resides and watch your breath fill that space, over-and-over again, with air. Once you feel fully relaxed and peaceful, mentally repeat your chosen healing word each time you inhale. Breath in the calm presence and feeling the word brings. Allow it to seep into each corner of your body. Celebrate in healing…
